A 16 yrs female with c/o pain and hard swelling over anteromedial aspect of middle third of left leg since one and half year.No h/o injury or any previous treatment.Bone and tissue biopsy sent for H/p,reports awaited. Ur expert comments on xrays and any relevant history.

  Krishna Reddy If admantinoma- full staging. Excision and biological reconstruction either with fibula +\- allograft or irradiation reimplantation of tibia with ipsilateral fibula. Diaphyseal EPR is an option but reserved as plan B.

  Krishna Reddy Need an experienced pathologist to call it whatever as there is a condition called OFD like admantinoma. Of course have to exclude infection as always.
