Is there any foot deformity? If there is foot deformity, Syme amputation and prosthesis. If there is no foot deformity, Van Nees Rotationplasty and prosthesis. I think there is no place for lengthening because the hip is unstable unless you can do SUPER hip before.

i think rotationplasty should be done on a healthy hip i think that patient had pseudo arthrosis that would provide some movement and stability...... no place for intervension on hip joint.... thanks

The problem of any type of amputation or even rotationoplasty in Egypt is the avilabilty of fit prothesis for any type of amputation at different ages ..no prothesis for van nes no rehabitation protocol or centers

I think the best and the easier for that patient is iliofemoral arthrodesis and extesion prosthsis preserving the ankle without amputation

i don't think so . u can't do bilateral arthrodesis of hip and knee .. how could she use thr WC....she is fir soft tissue release to improve deformity and facilitate the care

Iliofemoral arthrodesis e extrnsion prosthesis is an option....and knee arthridesis e Syme's amputation is another option

This is a bilateral affection. I can see the patient standing with ease. In most congenital anomalies the patients may reach some sort of compromise

It is therefore necessary to calculate the value of any intervention and whether it would add to the patient or disturb the current situation.
